I'm unable to upload a PDF file to be sold as a file download. I've gone through the process successfully with other products here, but for some reason today the process isn't working. The upload seems to start properly, and then I get the following error: "Upload Failed. Unable to create a folder for you." I've tried renaming the file to get rid of any spaces or other unusual characters, and it didn't make a difference; I've also tried on both a Mac and a Windows machine and gotten the same error. Anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas?

We have not been experiencing any issues with our upload manger. May I ask how large the file you are trying to upload is?

The file was about 700k -- it wasn't a file size issue. Whatever the problem was, it seems to have resolved itself -- I was able to successfully upload the file about an hour after posting the above.

There may have been some temporary demand slowing the servers down at the time that you tried, we'll keep an eye on things and if you run into the issue again please let us know.
