EJunkie's documentation says:

"Go to Seller Admin > Add Product;

Enable the product's Single File Download setting;

Finish setting up other aspects of the product;

Click Submit to save the new product's settings;

The Upload Product File button will appear on the final screen where we present button codes for that product;"

but the Upload Product File button does not appear!

How do I make it show up? Anyone know?

Hello,

The upload button won't appear if the Single File Download option was not checked earlier in your product settings. Please also note that certain other settings such as Redirection or Package Files will automatically disable Single File Download because they are incompatible.

If you've already added your product but were not able to upload a file at the time you can easily fix that by editing the product. Go to Seller Admin > View/Edit/Delete Products, select the product and press Edit.

As long as the Single File Download box is checked on the first page an upload button will appear on that very same page, allowing you to upload the file as intended. Be sure to save your changes afterward by pressing Next until you can Submit them.

Many thanks! My apologies, but the buttons are almost illegible on my Mac.

Next question: I have 3 version of my book: PDF, ePub, and .mobi.

I can upload them but how do I offer people the choice?

Most of our merchants just sell in PDF, but if you wish to give your buyers the choice you will need to make three different products, one for each format.

Another option would be to combine all three formats into one ZIP folder and sell it as one product, allowing buyers to take the format they want after download. That will at least use up less product listings in your account but it will still take about the same amount of storage space.
