Hello, I blocked someone whose purchase pattern I had found suspicious. She made a purchase and I contacted her and she is actually fine. Is there a way to unblock her now? Her payment has already been processed by PayPal. Thank you!

You can remove her email address from your block list at Seller Admin > Block Buyers/Transactions but that won't fix any payments that were already made and blocked. You would need to provide her products manually, either by shipping them out or using Seller Admin > Send Free Download Link to email her the related files.
