I am supposed to receive an email when someone signs up to be an affiliate, but I have a person on here now that I do not have any information on besides their email address. I need to be able to screen my affiliates, my sign up form requires a certain amount of information from them (like name of their organization, phone number, contact name, 501c3 status etc.). Why do I have just an email on my list with no other information? They must have signed up through the e-junkie site but where is their information?

E-junkie does not send an e-mail when someone signs up for an affiliate program or require information beyond an e-mail address. If you have something setup on your website that requires information that would be separate from E-junkie. If you list your product on our marketplace, then there is not a way to list your affiliate program and require information, unless you instead of listing your affiliate program include a link to the form on your site.
