When I go to 'create a button' I am given no options in the pull down menu, and no response from any of the other places I tried to click on. I get the feeling it is something really obvious, but I am unable to see it now.

It appears you have not added any products of your own in Seller Admin, so you don't yet have any products set up for which we could provide purchase buttons. Once you Add Product in your Seller Admin to define a new product (specify its item name, price, etc.), you will be able to obtain button codes for that product. Our Getting Started help page is a good place to begin setting up your E-junkie account and products:
