Is this still happening currently? If so, might there be some error message in the status bar at the bottom of your browser window when you load the final screen where things stop, or when you click the Submit button on that screen?
Also, have you tried using a different browser? Since we've had no other reports of this issue from anyone else, and it's been happening to you regardless of which Merchant account you're in, there may be something odd in your browser, or maybe you need to update your Flash plugin for that browser? Also try deleting your cookies, or at least any identified with e-junkie.com.
