I made up an item to sell and it consists of a dvd set and also the ebook. In order to get the ebook stamped I just sell the one product and call it dvd set with ebook. The customer pays for the dvd set and gets the ebook download link from ejunkie and then I send them the dvds. I have had this sell three times now and I get an email from ejunkie that goes to the customer but I don't get the one with the down load link. I have in all three cases just sent them a free link. I really don't know if they are getting the download link or not. I know before that I would get the link sent to me too. I suppose I could call one of them up and ask but there must be a way of telling with out that. Doug

Hm, something rather strange seems to be going on here. The product's settings do have Single File Download enabled with a file uploaded for that product, but no download link appears on the thank-you page for orders where that product was purchased, and you're saying no link to reach the download page was included in the thank-you emails sent. Those links should be inserted into the page and email automatically, with the way you have that product configured currently, so I can't imagine why that didn't happen (unless you just enabled the Single File Download setting since posting your message here?). We'd need our Lead Developer to investigate, so I've sent him a summary of this to look into.

Oh Boy, now I am in trouble.



What happened was I went to the product and edited it a few times to make sure the download single file was enabled, but I looked today and found it wasn't. You were right after I posted the message I went and did it again and realized I wasn't going all the way through to the submit button. I think this will work now and I will watch at the next sale.
