I'm trying to enable trialpay for a # of digital products I sell. I've requested they enable "dynamic checkout" and trialpay tells me they have. I have entered my notification key in my profile but I still don't see any trialpay options in my cart/checkout. what am I not doing or what am i doing wrong?

What is the price of your product, and what currency are you selling it in?

All that's required to enable the TrialPay button in your cart is having the correct Notification Key in your E-junkie profile, having dynamic checkout enabled for your TrialPay account at their end, and having only digital items in the buyer's cart with an order total between 6.99 and 25.00.



I've verified that all your products have a digital delivery feature enabled, and your cart does not show a TrialPay checkout button for order totals between 6.99 and 25.00, so that indicates either the Notification Key in your E-junkie profile is incorrect, or TrialPay has not properly enabled dynamic checkout for your account at their end yet.



Try copy-pasting your key from your TrialPay account to your E-junkie profile again, and if that doesn't fix it, contact TrialPay support and ask them to double-check the dynamic checkout setup for your account there.
