Hello,



I am trying to set up a thankyou page on my site with a download link to an ebook in my site's language (Spanish).



I use the iframe method as per the help pages.



I have been trying for quite some time now but so far have not been able to achieve that the text "Click here to download" shows in Spanish.



Is this possible at all?

We don't have a way to customize that line of text, but you can add text/HTML below that line, explaining en Español that the buyer should click the "Click here" link to start their download. You would put these instructions in the "Message (HTML)" field of the product's settings (on the last screen of product settings where the Submit button is).

That's quite a pity, it would be really good if this were possible, I believe the user experience would be more positive. It's kind of strange to click a link in a language that doesn't fit in with the rest of a site.



Would you click on a link in a language you don't really master, even if that link were surrounded by text explaining you nothing bad will happen?

We understand your concern and have plans to offer language localization settings at some point in the future; we just don't have any built-in way of doing that right now, but it might be possible with some custom scripting in your E-junkie thank-you page. We can recommend contacting Andrew at EasyE-junkie.com, as we know he's done some rather impressive things with extensive thank-you page customization.

Yes, language localization will be a big + for e-junkie.



Thanks for your suggestion, I'll see what Andrew can do for me.

Unfortunately having this coded for me will cost far more than what I am prepared to spent on e-junkie.



This leaves me with two options, not use e-junkie, or find a way to do the coding myself.



Is there any place where I can find coding indications about how to achieve this particular goal, making the text "Click here to download" on my personalized thankyou page show in Spanish?

But I posted my first post here after having spend some 24 hours studying all the info in your first link.



The second link is about html, I need info about how to make the text "Click here to download" on my personalized thankyou page show in Spanish. I don't think this will be done with html in the first place.



Any more suggestions, anyone?

I do apologize in your initial post you mentioned having the thank you page on your site instead of ours, I should have provided you with links to our help pages on using our redirection feature and on adding a download link to a thank you page on your own site. However, that will require that you write your own code on your page:

To customize the thank you page we provide you would want to go to Seller Admin>Edit Account Preferences. On that page will be a field labeled Common Thank-You Page HTML. This is where you would want to add in the code so the thank you page include instructions in Spanish if you are using the page we provide.
