If your E-junkie Transaction Log is empty when you know you've received order payments, that indicates we are not receiving confirmation of completed payments from PayPal, so we are unable to process those orders for you (issue download links, send emails, log transaction details). Please follow the troubleshooting instructions on this help page to sort out that problem:
