The log does have a column showing how many download Attempts have been made for each item purchased, along with the IP of the last download Attempt. Bear in mind it is not technically possible to determine whether any download Attempt was completed successfully, nor whether any completed download resulted in a valid, undamaged file, nor whether the file received was what the buyer expected to get for their purchase. We can only track how many Attempts were made to start a download, and how much time has elapsed since the link was activated, in order to deactivate each buyer's link according to your product's link expiration settings. If you do not see a buyer's order listed in your E-junkie Transaction Log at all, that indicates we never received confirmation of completed payment from the payment processor, so our system had no way of knowing that order was even actually placed to begin with.
