On each transaction that comes through from you, there is a notation on the invoice transaction called a payment fee. The product I sell is .99 and out of that you are also taking out a payment fee of anywhere of .33 cents to .38 cents. I thought in your literature you said that you only charge a flat fee and right not for me it is only $5.00 a month. Please explain the additional charge.
