Tracking sales thru paypal and google checkout

I want to track sales thru paypal and google checkout. Will e-junkie effectively track the original customer click ie google base so I can effectively track campaigns thru google analytics



also, if I use PayPal Website Payments Pro, will it also track these campaigns thru google analytics if a customer pays with a credit card?
