Hi, I am vettedennis.

I am very frustrated as you cant speak to anyone at E-junkie,OR phoneappsbiz....WELL.....GREAT NEWS!

I JUST TOOK A SHOT AT CALLING SMARTAPPSONLINE,AND LOW AND BEHOLD....I GOT A REAL LIVE PERSON!

AFTER READING ALOT OF ALL YOUR MEMBER FEEDBACK,I FIGURED THIS TOO WAS JUST ANOTHER SCAM THAT SUCK US DRY OF MO-MONEY!

WELL,ITS "NOT" A SCAM.......THE SCAM IS THIS SITE....E-JUNKIE!

THE FOLKS AT SMART APPS ARE GETTING FLOODED WITH CALLS BECAUSE THEY CANT GET THEIR WEB SITESA UP....JUST LIKE YOU AND ME! SO THEY ARE QUITING E-JUNKIE,WILL BE USEING THEIR SITE FOR NOW UNTIL PROBABLY MONDAY OF NEXT WEEK WHEN THEY WILL GET A "REAL" AFFILIATE TO POST THE WEB SITES ON!@ SO HAVE SOME PATIENCE,AND CHECK IT OUT MONDAY...6/15/09.

ALSO,THEY SAID THE PHONES HAVE CALMED DOWN ALOT SINCE 4PM EST.

YOU MIGHT WANT TO CALL CUST/SUPPORT (IF THEY ARE NOT CLOSED BY NOW) AND SOMEONE SHOULD PICK-UP THE PHONE AND CONFIRM WHAT I JUST EXPLAINED!

WELL,GOOD LUCK,AND I HOPE THIS WORKS WELL FOR ALL OF US SUCKERS!

That's... interesting, to say the least.



I really don't see how anyone could claim that E-junkie is a "scam", since the ONLY money we receive from anyone is from sellers who pay a monthly subscription fee to use our software for managing their own product sales and their own affiliate programs, within the Terms of Service clearly posted to this site. We have NO complaints from any of our paying sellers claiming we did not provide what they are paying us for.



As I have said before, E-junkie's affiliate system is FREE for all affiliates to use at NO CHARGE. We FORBID sellers from requiring payment of ANY kind of fee for their E-junkie affiliate programs, and we will suspend any seller accounts in our system who are discovered to be conducting such schemes. We even send them advance notice to cease any illegal or prohibited activity before we suspend their account, so we only cut them off if they fail to comply within the time given.



If anyone has been asked to pay ANY fees for any affiliate program, those fees would NOT have been paid to E-junkie, nor would E-junkie have even handled any of those payment funds. We would strongly recommend that you attempt to get the charges reversed through your credit card issuer or by filing a complaint with the online payment service (e.g., 2CheckOut, etc.) which handled your checkout for that fee (this should be shown on your receipt email for that fee payment).

So I paid to start a subscription, I didn't want my products or data removed. So who am I to file a complaint to? I paid by credit card to E-junkie.

It appears you have started a subscription payment plan for E-junkie, which is only necessary if you are using E-junkie to sell your OWN products online, and currently you have not yet configured any of your own products to sell with E-junkie, so you have no products nor data of your own for us to remove.



If you only registered with E-junkie to resell some other merchant's products in exchange for commission earnings, you DO NOT need to pay any subscription fees to E-junkie. You can follow these steps to cancel your E-junkie subscription:

- Log into your E-junkie;

- Click on the Sellers tab at the top of our site;

- Click on Seller Admin;

- Click on Cancel Subscription;

- This will take you to log into your PayPal account;

- Approve canceling the recurring subscription payments there;

- Log out of that PayPal account.



You also SHOULD NOT have been required to pay any upfront fees to that other merchant whose products you were going to resell. If you did pay any such setup fees, you should contact the payment processor (such as 2CheckOut) who handled your payment for those fees to complain and request a refund.

I AM COMPLETELY EMBARRESED AS TO THE FIRST POST I WROTE ABOUT "E-JUNKIE".

I REFFERED TO THEM IN A WAY AS A SCAM,WHEN I REALLY SHOULDNT HAVE!

THE SCAM IS REALLY THE THIEVES AND CON-ARTISTS AT SMART PHONE BIZ OR SMART APPS PORTAL! THESE PEOPLE HAVE MADE MILLIONS OF UNSUSPECTING HARD WORKING PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND I WITH THEIR CLAIM OF "THE CASH IS POURING IN"........."CELL PHONE GLITCH IS ACCIDENTALLY MAKING MILLIONS OVERNIGHT!!!!"

IF YOU SEE THIS ON YOUR EMAIL,DIRECT IT TO THE FRAUD COMMISSION IMMEDIATLY,AS IT IS COMPLETLY WORTHLESS! THE OTHER BAD NEWS IS, WHEN I FINALLY CONTACTED THIS SCAM COMPANY, THEY BLAMED ALL THE TROUBLE ON E-JUNKIE, STATEING THEY HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS AFFILIATE AND DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM WHEN IN FACT, E-JUNKIE SHOULD DO SOMETHING TO BAN THESE CREEPS FROM THEIR PROFFESSIONAL SITE! ITS A SHAME THAT E-JUNKIE HAS TO DEAL WITH BUMS LIKE THIS WHO GIVE THEM A BAD NAME!

SO TO THE ENTIRE STAFF AT E-JUNKIE, I AM TRULLY SORRY,AND HOPE THESE DIRT-BAGS AT SMARTAPPSPORTAL GET IT WHERE THE SUN DONT SHINE, AND GET IT GOOD!!!!!

I HAVE TONS OF EMAILS FROM POTENTIAL BUYERS WHO HAVE GOTTEN IN TOUCH AND REPORTED THESE CREEPS TO THE FBI,AS WELL AS THE INTERNET FRAUD COMMISSION, WHO BY THE WAY "LOVE TO HEAR ABOUT SCAMS LIKE THIS" AND I AM SURE WILL BE CONTACTING THEM TO CLOSE THEM DOWN AND TAKE THE CORRECT ACTIONS TO PUT THESE A-HOLES WHERE THEY BELONG........BEHIND BARS!

Ok, I just recently signed up for this. Did I make a mistake? I have been trying to use e-junkie since I signed up with phoneappsbiz and haven't been able to figure it out. What's going on? I guess I fell for the scam.

If you have paid any upfront/setup fees to join any affiliate program, look for your receipt email for those payments to find out which payment processor handled that checkout, so you can request a refund from them. For example, if 2CheckOut processed your fee payments, you should contact 2CheckOut's customer service/support to request a refund.
