The button codes in your page currently look and work fine in every browser I've tested, even Internet Explorer.
If you recently changed that product's Item Number and updated the button code in your sales page accordingly, some buyers might still have a copy of the old page cached in their browser, so you can advise them to clear their cache, or force-reload the page to bypass the cache by holding the Ctrl key (on PC) or Shift key (on Mac) while they click the Reload icon.
If that still doesn't resolve the issue for them, please ask them which type of device and browser app they're using, so we can try to reproduce the problem in that environment.
