We can't sell any downloads right now. Both paid and free links generate the following error message after clicking on a link in emails:

This is an invalid link.

Please copy the link from the email you received after purchase, paste it in the URL bar and press the enter key.

If that does not work, please forward the email containing this link to the seller."

Pls advise. Is this a known problem? How can we get updates on outages?

That issue should now be resolved, but do let us know if you see any further problems.
