As part of my work for GDPR compliance I want to remove the query string from my thank you page - this includes private information that Google Analytics picks up and includes in reports.

I'd like to avoid that because I don't want to manage this private information - it has no value to me.

A workaround would be to exclude this page from GA, but I don't really want to do that.

I'll have to ask our team to review that -- we've updated our system to be compliant with GDPR and that particular change didn't seem to be necessary.

I know that right now it's not possible to toggle that on or off, we'll let you know if that can be changed.

One thing you could do is redirect to a Common Thank-you Page URL (in Seller Admin > Manage Seller Account > Edit Preferences) on your site, but have that URL just instantly redirect to another final landing page. That last redirection would not carry the query string, and if the intermediate page performing the redirection has no GA tracking code in it, I don't think GA could track it.
