In researching conversion tracking accuracy I have noticed there are two places where the Thank You Page code is being inserted. The first is the actual thank you page. The second is the url that is emailed after the sale is complete. The problem is they are not the same URL and I'm concerned that is could bring confusion to tracking.
here's an example from a recent order of exact URLs except my unique ID's have been converted to zeros.

The thank you page code is being place son both of these even though the URL's are not the same. Could this be causing misplaced firing of pixels?
