this is the first time I'm contacting you because everything has been working efficiently. For some reason, all of the sudden, when one of my download products is purchased, the auto email doesn't come with the download link. I've tried redoing it several times but it still doesn't work. However, when I test it with the "send thank you email or download link" it shows a DL link in the red text window at the bottom, but it doesn't show up in the email. There is another product that is essentially the same but does not have a physical product as well....this one works just fine. Any ideas?
