I am adding a common emailto be sent in the edit preferences section but I continue to not receive my addition in the email that gets sent. I have tried every combination possible of enable templated email checked unchecked it
Under specific product, i have tried Enable Templated Emai checking and unchecking adding the email in the box there going to admin preferences adding a common email and trying i keep getting either blank or the common email.default. It is totally frustrating what is the issue. any help I would appreciate. In addition the variables on the thank you page some pass and some do not.
