Okay, I have been trying to find out if there is a way that I can setup two separate tax rules. I need tangible goods to be taxed and digital goods wont be taxed. In my state the digital goods that I am selling can't be taxed. Please advise, thanks.

To set this up in E-junkie you would setup your sales tax at the appropriate rate for your state:

Then when you setup your products you would enable the sales tax option for your tangible products but not your digital products.
