I have a tangible products only webstore. I just got all my buttons/products done and now I am testing my site to see what the email notifications from ejunkie will look like to my customers. If there are 3 items in my cart the customer is getting three email notifications, one for each product, and the email is telling them where to go to download their product. So it is telling them to go to a link to download some soap! :slight_smile: Did I forget to click a box in the products area or am I missing something? I have read the customization page several times and do not know how to fix this.

Go to Seller Admin > View/Edit/Delete Products, select an affected product and click Edit. Make sure the Single File Download setting is UNchecked.



If you don't want the buyer to receive a separate email for each product as well as your common thank-you email for the order as a whole, make sure you leave each product's Email Message field blank. (You can customize the common thank-you email in Seller Admin > Account Preferences.)



If you change any settings, click Next until you can Submit changes.



Repeat this for any other affected products.
