If all our tangible-goods-only plans are showing as "n/a" in your Seller Admin, make sure none of your products' settings have any digital-delivery features enabled -- namely Single File Download, Redirection, Send Stored Codes, or Send Generated Codes.
Note that you can redirect all buyers to a Common Thank-you Page URL (this is set in Seller Admin > Account Preferences) with a tangible-goods-only plan, but product-specific Redirection is considered a digital-delivery service (typically used to grant buyers access to a "secret" URL where premium content/features are hosted, such as a pay-per-view video, paid-access articles, members-only area, etc.).
