Hello,

This morning I received this email from PayPal:

"Your subscription payment to SINE INFO VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED for E-junkie Service for Client ID ###### failed on 05-Nov-2017 because of problems with SINE INFO VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED's account.

We will try to make this subscription payment again on 08-Nov-2017."

The subscription payment has always gone through every month without fail.

Are there any issues on your end? PayPal email said "because of problems with SINE INFO VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED's account."

Thank you and I also sent this to support with more of my subscription information.

Hi - same problem here. E-junkie customer for five years and monthly automated payments have always gone smoothly until today. Paypal notice clearly says issue is on e-junkie's end.

I sent a message to e-junkie support here, would suggest everyone else affected do the same:

PayPal will keep retrying subscription payments two more times over the course of a week if their first attempt fails, so our affected clients shouldn't need to take any action at this point.

We're investigating this issue and opened a ticket with PayPal to clarify/resolve; we updated our site's SSL encryption certificate last night, so the coincidental timing may be relevant if someone at PayPal's end noticed some difference between our old and new certs and got trigger-happy over it.
