I just sent out an update to all of our presale customers which was supposed to have the download codes in them that I had cut and pasted in over a week ago. I also made sure that the send stored codes button was checked. The email that one of our customers received had no codes in it at all -
I need to fix this quickly - how do I do that?

It does not appear any Updates have been sent from our system for your account yet. You would not have needed to use Send Stored Codes, since you'd be using our Newsletters/Updates feature to email actual download-page links to buyers of the pre-sale product, and it doesn't appear you'd ever pasted a list of codes to issue for that product anyway. See my reply to your other forum post for instructions to change your pre-sale product into an actual download product and send out the Update emails.
