Some one bought and paid for an item on pay pal from uk. I only offer usa as a country. At least when I go to my website that is all I am offered in the drop down. Doug

It looks like they said they were in the United States within your cart and then switched to a UK shipping address when they were at PayPal. Most buyers should really get the hint that you only ship in the US at the point where they have to enter a US zip code just to start checkout, but if anyone wants to persist and switch their location at checkout then you can still cancel and refund them.
