Some loser just tried to pay 1 cent for a digital download. I believe e-junkie didn't process it because I received an email saying it didn't. Did he get the download? I hope not. He must have altered some e-junkie code or something while doing the transaction.

Well, anyway.

I would like to report this to paypal and there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to do it. Not only did he attempt to defraud me, but he attempted to defraud E-junkie and Paypal.

What is the best steps to prosecute? I would hope this is a violation of his paypal agreement. This is actually criminal.

When we receive a payment notification from PayPal where the price paid does not meet or exceed the base price of that item in your Seller Admin, we DO NOT process that order (i.e., we did not issue a download link in this case), and we instead send you a Suspected Fraud notification with the order details, so you can decide for yourself how to handle the situation. If you would like to pursue the matter with PayPal, you can contact their support staff with your Transaction ID for the fraudulent payment.
