It appears you have added some extra GA tracking code to your E-junkie-generated thank-you pages, in the "Message (HTML)" field of each product's settings. This may be interfering with our version of the GA tracking code that you're also using in your site, so you can try removing your extra GA code and see if that makes a difference.
If so, and if you're sure you still need to use that extra GA code, then you may need to stick with using Google's standard GA tracking code tailored to your needs, instead of using our version of the GA code. You can only use our version as-is everywhere, or use the standard code from GA everywhere; they cannot be combined or mix'n'matched. We can really only support our version of the GA code, and only if it's used as-is without modifications or additions.
Also bear in mind that Analytics-style tracking depends on javascript and cookies, so any given buyer's browser may have settings or add-on extensions/toolbars that can block or otherwise interfere with those functions in a way that thwarts tracking. See the last section of the first page I linked above for an explanation of what tracking is still good for, in light of this inherent potential for imprecision.
