When I got orders on my website on Sunday - everything appeared to be working correctly as it has been for months. Then I received an email today claiming that you could not update an item in the shopping cart for multiples of each product. I confirmed this by trying the shopping cart this morning.
I made sure that I went to my account and checked my quantities in my inventory management and everything looked fine. However I did notice that it did not subtract (1) item that was purchased on Sunday.
I have a feeling that the inventory management @ e-junkie is having some issues.
Could you please advise?
