Shopping Cart Code not working

Please advise: I have copied the most recent shopping cart code from my e-junkie admin and into my website (the same way I pasted in the "add to cart" button code). The add to cart buttons work fine, but when I click the View Cart buttons, they just turn white and don't connect me to the shopping cart. Any ideas?

We've seen this problem happen to users of iWeb -- that web design software places all of your HTML snippets into separate files that are called up inside your page rather than being a part of the page itself. That seriously interferes with our cart buttons, the reason it is turning white is that your cart is opening up and displaying in a tiny, tiny window that is the size of your button image. It's also likely not connecting with any of your Add to Cart buttons which have been disconnected from it by this same iWeb feature.

We recommend using iWeb for the majority of your webdesign but when it comes to adding your buttons you may want to switch to a simpler plain text editor that won't reformat the code you are adding to your site and saving and uploading from there.

Any suggestions as to how I might learn text editing (at least enough to import my webpage and add buttons)? I've never coded before and rely on iWeb for my design. Thanks for any suggestion you can provide...
