How do I edit the shipping, so that I can assign a certain shipping price for different items? For Ex) I have several items that can go in Large Flat Rate Boxes, but by default E Junkie uses Priority Mail, which in some cases is over twice the amount of shipping.

Is there any way to correct this?

You can switch to custom rates rather than using USPS. For that simply set the cost of shipping per ounce to 1 and then the weight of your product will become it's flat rate shipping cost.

... or you can set the weight of the packaging instead and then you will truly end up having boxes with a flat shipping cost.

USPS rate calculation is automatic when you have your zipcode set as the Shipping Origin in your Seller Admin > Cart Shipping Settings, with no custom Domestic or International per-oz. cost set in there. To disable USPS rate-table calculation, either set all your product and package weights to 0.00, or simply omit your zipcode as the Shipping Origin from your Seller Admin > Cart Shipping Settings. If you are not using USPS rate calculation, we would apply the following formula for custom rates:

((product wt. + package wt.) x (cost per oz.)) + (package cost) + (handling cost)

You may notice here that, for Priority Mail shipments that fit into the standard flat-rate package categories, you can simply leave all the shipping-related settings (weights and costs) at 0.00 except for the "package cost", which you would set as equivalent to the Priority Mail flat-rate for that size of package.

Tyson,

Thanks for the update. The thing is, the USPS rate calculation works great for most products, but I have 4 that I can do Large Flat Rate Boxes, so, I dont want to disable the USPS rate calculation.

Heres what I think I have figured out to set Flat Rates for some products............

1. Created a price for the "Box Large" category, at $12.95 (Which is the USPS Large Flat Rate Box charge)

2. Place a "0" in the Ounces categor.

3. When I set up the shipping options that required the USPS Flat Rate Box, I put a "1" in the Weight Table, Packaging Type "Box Large", and Packaging Capacity 100

It seems like it working, although its aroudn $0.50 higher than what it should be, but this is ok.

If you think I'm doing something wrong, please let me know......

I think the extra 0.50 is coming from that 1 oz. of weight you're adding for the product in your "step 3" -- you can just leave the product weight at 0.00 which, along with the package weight of 0.00 as well, should completely bypass the rate calculation and apply only the package "cost" (actually your flat rate) as a shipping fee.
