I am planning to change my international rates and am having difficulty figuring out where to put the total cost for shipping. I charge by min and max ranges, i.e. .01 to $15 purchase = $4 shipping. When I get to Create New Shipping Rule, there are boxes for entering the min and max purchase but I don't see where you can enter total shipping cost. I haven't done this for a few months...

Thanks.

Ok, I see the drop-down box. Would I then choose Flat if I want to have shipping go min and max purchase?

One more question...

If I create a new rule for each purchase category, do I need to delete the old rule first? If there are 2 rules in the system how does it know which one to use?

If you want to charge a fixed, flat amount for shipping between min/max order total ranges, you would select Shipping Method: Flat and then enter the Shipping Amount you want to charge, then set the Min and Max Item Total (pre-tax pre-shipping order total) thresholds for that rate. When you click Submit to save a Rule, you will see it added to the Existing Shipping Rules menu in the upper portion of that screen. Then you would set up additional Rules for other flat rates with other min/max thresholds.

Our system will apply Shipping Rules to each order based on whether it meets the conditions you define for each Rule. E.g., if you create a Rule with thresholds for Min. and Max. Item Total (pre-shipping, pre-tax order total), then that Rule would only be applied to orders within those thresholds. If an order satisfies more than one Rule, then the buyer would be shown a choice of shipping costs (one for each Rule that qualifies) to pick from in their cart.

Many thanks!

I've had your cart for a few months now and really love it, as well as your superb customer service. Have recommend you to others.
