Trying to get my shipping sorted and going mad!



One t shirt in cart being sent to California = $3.49 shipping. Two shirts bumps it up to $10.80 (???) and then if you ad some stickers that I have marked for FREE shipping it brings the shipping down to $7.32???? (which is what it PROBABLY should be if you were ordering two Ts. I am so confused?? Is there ANY easy way to set up shipping rules? This is madness.
