If you had a sale where the buyer's shipping address was not captured you will need to set your products up to get that information. Go to Seller Admin > View/Edit/Delete Products, select one of your shippable products and press the Edit button.
On the page that follows, mark the "Shipping/Buyer's Address" checkbox.
This will ensure that you get the address for anyone buying that product and it will also apply your shipping & handling settings to that product.
