Hi there



I have no idea if I'm looking at this the right way, but it doesn't appear that shipping details are being collected as people checkout from my site.

I've checked the 'Shipping' box in the product details, however whenever I go to checkout, it is taking me straight to Paypal to process the payment without collecting the shipping details.



Any help greatly appreciated.

E-junkie will only collect the zip code to calculate your shipping according to the shipping rules in your E-junkie account. PayPal, or any of the other payment processors we integrate with that you are setup with, will collect the rest of the shipping information during checkout and include it with the rest of the order data when they send the completed order information back to us.
