> shipping. For USA delivery up to 3 pounds, my cost is $5.25, More than 3 pounds is $9.60. Flat Rate international is $11.00 for up to 3 pounds, more than 3 pounds is $22.00.
I worked at it for a couple hours and I cannot figure out how to create a postage pricing structure to accomodate the above. Can you help me?
