My website will no longer show USPS First Class as an option for international customers. It falls back on USPS priority which is way too expensive.

Has there been a recent change in the way the calculator works? How can i get first class to show up again?

Thanks.

I am having the same problem as well. I have changed nothing in my shipping settings and the cart has worked fine until now, it's always shown USPS First Class International and USPS Priority Global as the two options. Now it just picks USPS Global Priority rates by default and there is no drop down menu for other options (it also doesn't state anywhere for the customer to see, that the rate it's using is USPS Global Priority). I went into my shipping admin to see if anything has changed - nothing as far as I can see. Have received a couple complaints already today.

Thanks.

There does seem to be a glitch with the live rate-lookup API on USPS.com since postal rates changed yesterday; we're looking into it, but since apparently USPS.com is just failing to return any First Class Int'l rates presently, it may be that we can only wait for USPS to fix things at their end.
