Hi Folks!



I have 2 shipping rules set up for particular $ amounts. One is for everything under 21 and one for over. For orders under 21 our customers are getting a drop down to select the amount for shipping which I don't want. For orders over 21 users are getting the right experience and the right shipping amount automagically appears in the shipping area and is not selectable.



Any ideas on how to make the appropriate shipping just appear for users with less than 21 vs. having a drop down for both options?

You may need to delete the Shipping Rules you currently have and create new ones. When you make new Shipping Rules to replace them, make sure they don't have overlapping thresholds for Min/Max Item Total. You should have one Rule with Min. Item Total = 0.00 and Max. Item Total = 20.99 (or whatever max. you want for the low rate), and another Rule with Min. Item Total = 21.00 (.01 more than the other Rule's max.) and Max. Item Total = 0.00 (that's treated the same as a blank setting, i.e. "no limit").
