hello

I just subscribed this service and have a couple questions. I would appreciate if someone out there can help me.

1. When someone purchase something from my web, using e junkie cart and checks out with paypal, why there is no shipping options?I did set it up.

2. Next, after the purchase I never see the buyers address( there is a message saying no address on file) even dough buyers said they left one.

3. This one is about vouchers, I need to set up a 200 vouchers that are entered into your checkout system for the $44 value. How do I do that? What max. use count means?

Thanks

Just make sure you enable Shipping/Buyer's Address in the settings of each product that should trigger collection of an address during checkout. If you also want to calculate shipping charges, this help page explains all the settings for that:

This help page explains all our settings for Discounts, such as your vouchers:

Note that you can paste a while list of discount codes when you create a discount, and that will spin off a series of identical discounts, one for each code in the list. Max. Use Count determines the maximum number of times a discount can be used in total (not per-buyer) -- e.g., if you wanted your voucher codes to be good for one use only, you would set Max. Use Count = 1 when you create the discount with your list of codes.

Ok, I have 200 voucher codes that can be used only once( valid for 1 year)for the $44 value. So max.use count would be..?Also, what should I do with min.item quantity and min. order total in that scenario?

Sorry for asking, this is all new to me:)

Thanks again

You would paste all 200 codes in the Discount Codes box, and set Max. Use Count = 1 (each code can only be used once). If you don't want to require a minimum order quantity or minimum price total to qualify for the discount, you can just leave those settings blank. If you want the voucher codes to expire on a specific date, you can enter that Expiration Date in the discount settings as well.

If you want the voucher to be good for a single, flat $44 amount off the order total for any of your products, you can set the discount for All Cart Items. If you have other products and only want the discount to apply to one specific product, you can select that product when you create the discount; since this would modify the PER-UNIT price of that product, you would probably also want to disable "Let buyer edit price" in that product's settings (otherwise, the discount would take $44 off the price of EACH unit the buyer orders of that product).
