Setup Paypal

I have my website, but am confused how to go about the rest. I want to use paypal standard. I only came to you because your shopping cart is integrated according to paypal. Who or what do i do first. Get your shopping cart or sign up with them first?? I am unsure how to go about it. any assisitance is appreciated in advance.

Please clarify the process for me before I begin setting up my website links. I would like to use my Paypal account to set up receiving payments. Once my site is ready, do I set up your button, etc. first or is there something I need to set up with Paypal first? Thank you!
