Setting up different thank-you pages

Hi,



I need to set up 3 different thank-you pages, one per product. How can I do that please?

I notice you are selling file downloads, so it would not be possible to have product-specific thank-you pages, because that would bypass the standard thank-you page we generate for you where we provide the buyer's download link.



If you have product-specific information to provide to the buyer after payment, you can customize the thank-you pages we generate for you. Whatever you provide in the Product Thank-you Page HTML field of each product's settings would be inserted after the name and link for that product when we generate the thank-you page.



You can also put common information in Seller Admin > Edit Preferences > Common Thank-you Page HTML. Whatever you provide there would be inserted at the end of every thank-you page we generate regardless of which item(s) the buyer purchased.



If you prefer to redirect all buyers to a thank-you page on your site and still have our download links displayed there, it's a bit tricky to set up, but this help page explains the basic approach:

I have already solved that issue, thank you very much. My main problem now is to be able to track buyers through my ESP, Active Campaign. I pasted a site tracking code in e-junkie thank-you pages, but it is not working. Can you help?

I notice you have pasted the same tracking code in each product's settings; this would have us insert a separate copy of that code for each item ordered if a buyer purchases more than one item in the same order, which may cause problems in that scenario. It would probably be better to remove that and place the code in Seller Admin > Edit Preferences > Common Thank-you Page HTML instead. This will ensure that only one copy of the code gets inserted in every thank-you/download page we generate for you regardless of which item(s) the buyer purchased.



That said, our only involvement is inserting that code when we generate the page; the actual tracking occurs between the buyer's browser (which runs the tracking code when it loads the page) and your tracking service, without any further involvement from us. We'd suggest contacting ActiveCampaign for further assistance in making sure the rest of your tracking setup is correct.



Also bear in mind a variety of factors can impede this type of tracking, such as if the buyer's browser blocks javascript or third-party cookies -- this page provides a more detailed discussion:
