Setting limit to the download attempts

I am just getting started. I set my items to be downloaded 5 times. I want to reset it to 2 times. I cannot remember where to set it. How do I reset this.

1. Go to Admin > Edit Product.
   
2. Select the product
   
3. Press EDIT
   
4. Press NEXT
   
5. You'll see the values on the right hand side
   
   
   
   You can also set these while adding the product by pressing "more options".
