Please help - what does this mean? I just sold my first product on e-junkie and I'm afraid the product wasn't delivered.

It appears you've set up our Aweber integration, but the integration URL you entered has the "http://" part repeated at the beginning. Depending on how you set up Aweber integration, this URL may be in your Seller Admin > Account Preferences > Common Notification URL (integration for all sales) or in the Payment Variable Information URL setting of specific products (integration only for those products' sales).

Hi Guru.

I need help with this...I keep getting the same message and I have surely done something wrong.

This is a copy of the mail I receive from you in my Gmail account? Can you help lme with what this means?

Also, I put in a link where buyers should be brought to on my website and that is not working...they are simply brought back to the website where it says in the mail they can view their payment details. Help with this?

Thank you sincerely ,

B

In your Seller Admin > Edit Account Preferences, you have entered a Common Notification URL of "https://mail.google.com/mail/u/1/#inbox", which is causing the notification errors you noted. Putting that URL there would serve no useful purpose anyway, so you should simply delete it.

On that same screen, you have entered a Common Thank-you Page URL pointing to a page on your site. This means buyers will be redirected to that page after checkout, instead of our standard thank-you/download page, so they would need to wait for product-specific thank-you emails providing a link to their download page for each file.

If you want to let your buyers download immediately following checkout, you should delete your Common Thank-you Page URL.

However, if you'd prefer to direct buyers back to your site after checkout and make them wait for thank-you emails providing access to their downloads, in this case you can keep the Common Thank-you Page URL but should probably just delete your Common Thank-you Email template to disable that message (this will not affect product-specific emails).

Thank you Guru! I have followed both of your suggestions.

I appreciate your help and I'm quite happy with e-junkie.

Just a little question that came up when asking a friend how his download went...he said he would have preferred to have a single download button for the entire album instead of downloading song by song which is kind of time consuming and you have to watch it. Is there a means to do this?

I am selling a CD by individual songs or one can download the whole CD...tu enlighten you to my business. The downloading works fine but I agree that it would be better for those who by the whole CD to download as a single process. Ideas?

Thank you again!

Strasbob

To provide your full album as a single download link, you'd set up the album product using the Single File Download option and then upload a .zip file containing all the individual tracks, instead of using "Package files from other products..." to bundle the individual-track products' files -- i.e., you'd use Approach A rather than Approach B as explained here:
