Sending to different emails depending on item?

I have a fulfillment company that handles physical products and they need to receive emails of orders if they contain one of those physical items. I also sell concert tickets and other events, and I do not want the fulfillment company to be inundated with those order emails. So my question is, can I do this automatically in e-junkie?
