Hi e-junkie team,



Don't you think it's really odd to charge for sending an email to a group of persons from e-junkie?



Why don't you just make it free? or at least with a limit.

Every mass-email service has a cost, whether they charge a flat monthly fee or a per-mailing fee. Our email Updates & Newsletters service is not a standard feature included in our monthly subscription fee, but rather an extra-cost service we offer for the convenience of our sellers with limited mass-emailing needs. This help page explains the basis for that extra fee:

If you expect to do a lot of email marketing, a third-party mailing list specialist service would be much more full-featured and probably more economical for that purpose. We would recommend using Aweber, MailChimp or GetResponse, as they can also integrate with E-junkie to have new buyers subscribed to your lists there:
