I was trying to send a product update through the "Send Updates / Newsletter" link, but I was only able to send newsletter since it's the only option available in the drop-down menu, and customers didn't receive a download link. Is this a problem with using Chrome?

Hello,



If you have downloadable products which don't appear on the Newsletter/Updates screen it is most likely because those products use certain features that are not compatible with our Update function -- such as PDF stamping.



Products using any of the following settings will not be available for sending an Update:



- Send Stored/Generated Codes

- Inventory Control

- Send Payment Data to a URL (PDF stamping requires this setting)

- Remote Product File URL



You can temporarily disable those functions to get them to work with the Update service and turn them back on again afterward.
