I'm selling an e-book through ClickBank with the file stored with e-junkie. In the e-junkie page about how to configure this with CB, after inserting the price (and CB item no.) with e-junkie, it says to keep clicking "next" until the Buy Now button is reached. Done. But in getting there, I went through an e-junkie page with a space for an HTML Thank You page. Is this THE Thank You page a buyer will receive, so that I really MUST enter text here?

Problem is that CB specify a few things which must be on a Thank You page, such as their disclaimer. Should I put all this in the space? Or is it optional and I can ingnore it?

Thing is, I have my own pre-prepared Thank You page. Will buyers not reach this anymore, so that this page is redundant and I MUST use e-junkie's? Or is there some way I can still use the T Y page I have?

On thread http://www.e-junkie.com/bb/topic/4353 I did just come across this Q and A. In essence one question is: "Is it just me, or is it impossible to get Clickbank products approved to sell through E-Junkie buttons?"

And the answer then, 2010, was:

"You cannot use E-junkie to get your product approved with ClickBank, you will have to set your product up on your own website and provide them with a temporary thank you/download page.

"Once ClickBank has approved your product you can set E-junkie up to deliver that product to your actual buyers."

You see, I'm setting up, or intended to, with CB and e-junkie simultaneously. So I can't? I do have my own Thank You page to satisfy CB. But I've no facility organized for a download. What if I got accepted by CB and just, for a week, replied to some trial sales by friends, sending the file in an email - and after a week turn the Thank You page CB approved into the e-junkie one?

This would then bring me back to the above original question still. Apologies for the complexity here - I've a lot to learn & understand.

You must get your product approved by ClickBank before you can use E-junkie to deliver it.

That means you need to upload the file to your own site and provide your own download link and thank you page as part of the approval process.

Once that is done you will scrap that temporary page and use ours instead (by setting ClickBank to point to http://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/cf.php instead of your own page).

It will be necessary to use our generated thank you pages at this point in order for us to display generated download links for each order.

The thank you page settings you saw within your product apply to that product alone, so I would not recommend entering any general information such as ClickBank's required disclaimers there. If you have anything you wish to add to the page we generate it can be done via Seller Admin > Edit Account Preferences in the Common Thank You Page HTML field. Don't worry about putting a download link there, we take care of that automatically, but any custom text or HTML you want to display on the page we generate can be entered here, where it will appear for all orders.

OK, I think that clarifies everything; thank you.

I just have to set up my own download link for a few days, then.
