I would like to know how it works if we sell PIN code for long distance cards. How do we know which plan we need. For example, is it considered one product even if we sell 200 pins per month.

Each different card is one product. So if you are selling one card which has 1000 pins and you are selling all thousand each month, you are still just selling one product and your fee is still $5/mo.
