The product is 4 PDF files. Does e-junkie provider an extractor like Win-Zip or do I need to include a link either in the ad or receipt message to Win-Zip?
No, we don't provide an extractor. However, WinXP and Vista can open ZIP files by default. I am not sure if MACs do that ( I think they do). Anyway, if you don't want to zip them, you can use our package feature - http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.package.php
