I have a client that needs a website to sell his music (CD's and MP3 files), and merchandise. I will design the site and maintain the product list of his music and other merchandise. I have been looking at a few options such as Yahoo small business when I came across your site. I am not too familiar with programming and e-commerce sites and I have a few questions about how to use your service:



1) Do you provide hosting services?

2) Do I need a merchant account and gateway provider prior to opening an account with E-Junkie?

3) Do I need to open a Paypal merchant account to use your services?

4) What kind of support to do provide for customers experiencing technical issues? Is there a phone number? What are your service hours?

  1. We don't host websites, but we do host product files that we deliver.
  2. You need a PayPal, Google Checkout or Authorize.Net account.
  3. You need a PayPal account to pay us and you need a PayPal Premier or Business account if you want to accept payments with PayPal.
  4. We only provide email support. Our service is well documented and you can also get support in forums.

ANY advice on how to use ITUNES... to get connected with them to sell music tracks and Audio Book tracks?
